Vivlio Medical, S.L wishes to inform you that as the provider of the data hosting service and pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 dated 11 July governing information society and electronic commerce services (LSSI), the essential information is retained for a maximum of 12 months to identify the origin of the data hosted and the time that the service started to be provided. The retention of these data does not affect the secrecy of the communications and shall only be used within the scope of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public safety, providing the judges and/or courts or the Ministry that may require it with the same. Data shall be communicated to the Law enforcement forces and agencies pursuant to the provisions of regulations on personal data protection.

The user shall require written authorisation from Vivlio Medical, S.L., for any action that goes beyond compliance of the contract, who is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by Vivlio Medical, S.L., assuming responsibility for the civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may take place in the security system and servers as a direct result of a negligent or malicious action by the same.
Intellectual property of the hosted content
Any use that goes against intellectual property legislation of the services provided by Vivlio Medical, S.L. is prohibited, particularly:

The publication or transmission of any content that Vivlio Medical, S.L. believes to be violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.

Protection of the hosted information
Vivlio Medical, S.L. backs up the contents hosted on its servers. However, it is not responsible for any loss or accidental erasure of data by users. It also cannot guarantee the total recovery of the deleted data by users, since those details could have been deleted and/or amended during the period of the time elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, except the specific backup services, do not include the recovery of the contents stored in backups made by Vivlio Medical, S.L. whenever this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined depending on the complexity and volume of what has to be recovered, which is always subject to acceptance by the user.
The recovery of deleted data is only included in the price of the service whenever the loss of contents is due to causes attributable to Vivlio Medical, S.L.
Commercial notifications:
In application of information society and electronic commerce services legislation (LSSI), Vivlio Medical, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional notifications by e-mail or an equivalent means of electronic communication that has not previously been requested or expressly authorised by the person it is sent to.
Vivlio Medical, S.L. is authorised to send commercial notifications relating to Vivlio Medical, S.L. products or services that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the customer for users with whom it has a previous contractual relationship.
In any case, users may ask to be sent no further commercial information through the customer service channels once they prove their identity.
